A four-part instrumental movement based around the events of Good Friday and the Crucifixion of Christ. This was originally conceived in 2012, recorded, and re-recorded in March of 2015.

Only basic EQ and mixing was applied to this recording (no compression or limiting). It is to be taken as a live and unedited document, not a standard studio recording. We did not do any overdubs other than the sample applied at the end.

This is NOT a "new" Old Thunder release; it is a full collaboration between myself and my friend Spencer, without whose work and effort this could not have existed. Regardless of your personal beliefs, we hope you are able to take the music on its own merit with Sonata Tenebrae.
